Tinder Super Like - How to Super Like on Tinder

Share:
Tinder rolled out the Super Like a new feature for when just swiping right isn't enough. Super Like was originally launched Super Like as a beta in Australia, and the results have been amazing – users are three times more likely to match with someone they Super Like and conversations initiated by a Super Like last 70% longer. According to Tinder statement, Super Liking someone makes that person more likely to swipe right on you and can result in longer conversations.

Tinder wanted Super Likes to be really special while making sure everyone can use them, so to start Tinder is providing users one Super Like to send each day. You can’t bank Super Likes, so use your daily Super Like, and use it wisely!”

Unpaid users will receive one Super Like per day, and Tinder Plus users can extend that to five Super Likes each day.

The person you Super Liked will notice – they'll see your profile highlighted in bright blue and you’ll be one of the first people they view. This little badge that shows that you Super Liked them, giving them a bit more of an incentive to check out what all the fuss is about.

How Tinder Super Like works?

By swiping up, or simply tapping the new blue star icon when looking at someone’s Tinder profile, all users can let that special someone know that they stand out from everyone else. The person you Super Liked will take notice – when your profile appears and they’re deciding whether to swipe right, it will show up with a bright blue footer and star icon, highlighting that you Super Liked them. And when they do swipe right on your Super Like, it’ll be an immediate match!

Tinder wanted to keep Super Like easily accessible, so the Passport button has simply been moved to Discovery Preferences. To access Passport, tap the Settings icon, select Discovery Preferences, and then tap ‘Swiping In’ to change your location and start swiping anywhere in the world.
To subscribe to Tinder Plus, just the tap the yellow arrow button (Rewind) on the main screen and follow the instructions.

What is Tinder?

Tinder is an online matchmaking or blind-dating mobile app with a simple model providing location-based service dedicated to social discovery. The application connects with users' Facebook profiles to provide pictures and ages for other users to view. Using GPS technology, users can set a specific radius, and they will have the option to match with anyone that is within that distance. It basically matches people who like each other, thereby reducing chances of rejection.

How does Tinder work?

It's really very simple and easy. Tinder is a location-based service dedicated to social discovery, in order to facilitate telecommunication between mutually interested users. It uses Facebook profiles, users' basic information and it analyzes users' social graph to match potential candidates who are most likely to be compatible based on geographical location, number of mutual friends and common interests. Based on the results of potential candidates, the app allows the user to anonymously like or pass them by swiping or tapping. If two users like each other then it results in a "match" and Tinder introduces the two users and opens a chat.
